By bringing together experts in the fields of psychology and psychiatry with members from the community, the Mini-Psych School will provide easily accessible information about the brain and mental disorders, why they appear, what happens when they appear and ways to treat them.

Fellowships provide support for senior residents who wish to add to their experience by engaging in mental health research and related activities in the Institute. Candidacy must be approved by the Chair of Psychiatry.

Eric Latimer, PhD, is a health economist and looks for ways to improve the services to people with severe forms of mental illness.
