On November 23, researchers Gustavo Turecki, MD, PhD, et Michael Meaney, PhD, CQ, MSRC, received the 2010 Verdun Tip of the hat award given by the Verdun Economic Forum.

The prize was awarded at the 10th edition of the annual gala evening recognizing individual and group achievements within the Verdun borough.

Our researchers were honoured in recognition of their nomination as Radio-Canada Scientists of the Year 2009. The prize was accompanied by a painting by artist Maurice Tessier.
