The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Program is a means of organizing the work to provide integrated psychiatric treatment and recovery services to people with severe mental illnesses.

Created in June 2008, the National Centre of Excellence in Mental Health (NCEMH) reports to the Direction de la santé mentale of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS).

The Wellington Centre is a psychosocial rehabilitation and community support centre (SPECTRUM) aimed at demystifying mental illness and educate those with severe mental health disorders.

Non-institutional residential resources aim to provide a living environment adapted to individual needs that promotes recovery, rehabilitation and community reintegration.
