In collaboration with Heritage Laurentien, the Douglas Institute has launched a new plantation of trees in order to replace those trees which had to be destroyed. This initiative is also conducted by the City of Montreal. The City wants  to plant 375, 000 trees for its 375th anniversary.

Trees provide a great healing environment for patients and users. The environment has always been at the heart of  the Douglas Institute's concern.
