Recruiting new nursing personnel is an important challange within our institute. We wish to create our own nursing succession executive committee.

We call upon you, you who have less than ten years experience in nursing, to join a dynamic team. This committee affiliated to the Council of Nurses (C.I.I.), is to accompany nursing personnel, current and future, throughout their integration. By means of various activities, we will enable the nurses as well as the auxiliary nurses, the beneficiary attendants and our nursing students, to develop a feeling of belonging at the Douglas. This team will assist those who will need a helping hand to prepare for the OIIQ exam.

The mission’s Committee: Take actions that will create engagement, involvement, commitment and continuous improvement of quality in Nursing.

At the July 14th meeting, the Committee’s objectives were revealed and everyone was extremely enthusiastic.It would be a great pleasure to meet you at our next meeting.
