The Montreal WHO-PAHO-CC was involved in reviewing and giving input on the WHO’s Comprehensive Mental Health Action Plan (CMHAP) 2013-2020, which was adopted at the 66th World Health Assembly in May, 2013

2013 – Several meetings with Dr. De Cosio, PAHO-Belize, Pierre Maurice and Julie Laforest of the Institut de Santé Publique du Québec, Drs. Cécile Rousseau and Monica Ruiz-Casares, of McGill Univesity to discuss this endeavor and support Belize.
- The CLEAR Collaboration
The Montreal WHOCC is a member of this collaboration which aims to empower health workers to improve health and social outcomes for disadvantaged children and families, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.

The next phase of the Collaboration has 3 main objectives: Rolling out and piloting the CLEAR toolkit with 1 million community health workers in low- resource settings; Conducting a multi-country impact study to measure the improvement in health and social outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged groups; Ensuring the sustainability and continued growth of the collaboration through capacity building, maintaining partnerships, and ongoing monitoring of the impact on health and well-being.
