Group mental health support; encourages social and community integration for people living with mental health problems; referral and appointment required. Community resources, housing, day centre. Languages: French and English.

Mission: improve health, sense of well-being, quality of life and social integration for people with alcohol and drug abuse problems, and their family and friends. Rehabilitation services for people who gamble excessively, and their family and friends. Youth and seniors program. Housing services and help for the homeless. Languages: French and English.

Help and housing for female victims of conjugal violence, 18 years of age and over, and their children. 24-hour support. Languages: French and English.

Community support service: housing support, support for basic needs, psychosocial support, accompaniment on outings etc., training and developing social connections, housing integration service. Languages: French and English.
