Governance Structure
Our governance structure consists of three committees:
These committees ensure that the telementoring programs are aligned with Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) priorities, assure the quality of the content, and support program development and management.

How to Propose an ECHO®
The ECHO model can be applied to any field that requires guided practice and ongoing mentoring, especially where few training and professional development options are available. Contact us before you begin the process so that we can provide additional information and validate whether the ECHO model fits your needs.
There are four steps to proposing a new ECHO telementoring program.
1. Preparing and submitting a proposal
Look at the ECHO telementoring programs currently available. If no ECHO telementoring program is currently in your field of expertise and you want to share your knowledge, please email your proposal to [email protected].
2. Feedback from the scientific committee
After submitting your proposal, the scientific committee will provide feedback and make recommendations to optimize the content of your ECHO proposal.
3. Training and Development
This four-hour course includes didactic presentations and a simulated ECHO session that you will lead.
4. Launch and Assessment
Support is available for the promotion and launch of your ECHO Telementoring. We will collect satisfaction data and results after each session and provide you with a summary report.
