Geriatric Psychiatry

Geriatric psychiatry services provide outpatient and inpatient care for people aged 65 and over with psychiatric problems. These services play a key role in the Institute’s academic mission by engaging in research initiatives that contribute to the development of new knowledge and practices.  They also support the Institute’s teaching activities by offering internships and workshops.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient services are aimed at those who visit our clinics to receive services without having to stay overnight.

Inpatient Unit

An inpatient unit is a structured care setting that provides stabilization, close monitoring, treatment, and prepares patients for a safe transition back to their home or to another appropriate service.
