Access to supported housing is managed through the Regional Access Mechanism (RAM), which:
- Manages housing requests in collaboration with hospitals and clinics across the health network
- Connects service users with the supported housing that best meets their needs
- Works with partners in referring service users to the right housing services
- Oversees available housing placements and maintains waitlists
- Ensures service users continue to receive ongoing medical and psychiatric care
