The clinic offers specialized services to adults aged 18 and older diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder depressive type, and other psychosis spectrum disorders. The goal is to support the person’s recovery, improve their quality of life, and promote their autonomy through a person-centred, recovery-oriented approach. The clinic serves people within its catchment area covered by the RLS (local health network) du Sud-Ouest-Verdun and the RLS de Dorval-Lachine-LaSalle.
Access to services requires a referral from psychiatric services within the CIUSSS de-l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal or the CLSC’s Adult Mental Health Access Mechanism (MASMA) team.

- Support for loved ones and caregivers
- Liaison services to ensure continuity of services
The team consists of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and human relations officers.
