Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic

The clinic offers specialized services to children and adolescents aged 17 and under with moderate-to-severe and complex mental disorders affecting emotional, behavioural, and relational functioning. Support is also available to families. The difficulties they experience lead to severe dysfunction or increased instability.

The clinic serves people within its catchment area covered by the RLS (local health network) du Sud-Ouest-Verdun and the RLS de Dorval-Lachine-LaSalle.

Access to services requires a referral from the CLSC’s Youth Mental Health Access Mechanism (MASMJ) team or a medical referral from a child psychiatric inpatient unit.
